Terms & Conditions for Online Transactions

Also, color variations in monitors and/or printer settings may occur and are not within our control. Please be aware of this when ordering. While every precaution has been taken to ensure the accuracy of the descriptions, errors may occur. If something goes wrong, we are committed to providing you with the best customer service possible to find a solution.
We add the cost for shipping and handling to any destination within the continental United States in the final stages of checkout. We are unable to process international online orders at this time without receiving valid payment by money order in advance. International destinations will incur additional shipping charges. Please contact us by fax or email prior to placing an international order to determine the correct shipping charges.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Some of our items are customized to your specifications. Customized items are final, unless we processed your order incorrectly. If you believe we have made a mistake with your order, please email customer.support@bluestemproducts.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions. We will begin processing a replacement, and will ship the replacement goods upon receipt of the returned goods. Changes to your order, other than correcting our error in processing, are not permitted.
Bluestem Products utilizes advanced finishing techniques to provide years of resistance to the elements. Our steel products are coated in a high-quality UV stable polyester powder-coating system, offering long-term protection under typical environmental conditions. Bronze finials are coated in a UV stable polyester clear-coat to prevent oxidation and color change. Aluminum cast plaques are coated with a special paint formula that resists even the harshest outdoor climates. Bluestem Products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of sale. Damage caused by misuse or neglect is not covered by this warranty. Bluestem Products’ liability is limited to the repair or replacement in kind of product, at Bluestem Products’ option. Items determined to be defective, and returned with an authorization number, will be processed promptly. The warranties expressed in this section are in lieu of and exclusive of all other warranties, express or implied. In no event shall Bluestem Products be held liable or responsible for incidental or consequential damages.
Privacy: We hold your privacy in the utmost respect and care. Your email address and any other information gathered through this site will not be distributed to any third parties. We may send you news, announcements, or other information from time-to-time by email, however, if you do not wish to receive these, removal instructions will be included in the body of the message.
