Guidelines
These guidelines are provided as a basic overview of the procedure required to install our wall mount products, yardmarker products, and signs, and should not be taken to replace good common sense judgment as to the specific requirements of the location of your particular installation.
Wall Mount Products
Our wall mount products are supplied with fasteners and are very simple to install. Precautions should be taken to ensure that no electrical wiring, communications cable, or plumbing, is located in the wall where the product is to be attached.
Identify a flat surface at the desired height and location where the product will be clearly visible and mark the required screw holes. Then using a 3/32" drill bit, drill the pilot holes. Should the plaque be mounted into brick or stone, anchors will be required.
Yardmarker Products and Signs
Our yarkmarker products and signs are designed to be installed in a lawn or planting bed. Select a location that will be readily visible. Care should be taken to avoid any buried power lines or other underground utilities, such as water, gas, sewer, and sprinkler lines. For a stable permanent installation and to reduce the possibility of theft or vandalism, the legs should be set in a small amount of concrete.
Cleaning & Maintenance
A soft brush may be used to remove mud and debris. A soft cloth or sponge with water-soluble household liquid detergent may be used. Remove all soap completely with plenty of rinse water and then dry the product with a clean cloth.
